Hard Rock Atlantic City
Tri-State Partners (an Edgewood affiliate) and the Seminole Tribe acquired the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City on March 1, 2017. The Hotel re-opened under the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino brand on June 27, 2018.
This site encompasses over 2,000 hotel rooms and 165,000 square feet of gaming space. It also opened a Sportsbook in 2019. The hotel contains over a dozen food and beverage outlets including its namesake cafe, Il Mulino and Sugar Factory.
Hard Rock hosts headliners at the 5,000 seat Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena year-round.

- Office building is being converted to a 151-service apartment hotel with an average unit size of 1,000 square feet

- Will be affiliated with major lodging franchisor.
- Approximately 120 rooms with limited public space/operational requirements.
